SALES & ORDER PROCESS

1. Sell Popcorn: Collect individual orders using the provided sales forms and catalog. You may use whatever order form is best for you.

2. Submit Your Order: Once all orders and payments have been collected, please enter the complete student order into this Google Form. Ensure that all information is accurate, as the Owasso Band Patrons (OBP) will place orders based on the details you submit. Order submittal is due no later than 3:00 PM on January 22nd

3. Submit Your Payment: We accept cash or a single check per student, made payable to "Owasso Band Patrons." You do not need to submit your order form with payment; keep it for your records to assist with delivery. Payment and order submittal are due no later than 3:00 PM on January 22nd.

Payment Drop-off Options:

1. Drop off payment in the band office, directly to Mrs. Richardson. If dropping payment in the band office, you MUST place your payment in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone).

2. Bring payment directly to the coordinator on January 22nd, from 2:30 to 3:00 PM. Please have the payment in a sealed envelope labeled with your student's name and parent/guardian contact information (name and phone).

3. Arrange other drop-off times by emailing the coordinator here.

4. Popcorn Delivery: Orders will be ready on/around the second week of February. Reminders will be sent closer to the pick-up date. You are responsible for picking up your entire order and organizing delivery to your customers.
