Fundraising Opportunities

Here are the current Fall fundraising opportunities available to help your student earn money directly into their band account for trips and other band-related expenses. Funds raised through these opportunities will go straight into your student’s account. Owasso Band students in grades 7–12 are eligible to participate in these fundraisers. If you need more information about student account fundraising, please email us. We’re always open to new ideas and welcome volunteers!

Households must be members of the Owasso Band Patrons to sell for these student account fundraisers. Click HERE to purchase an Owasso Band Patrons Membership.

  • Students, household members, friends, etc. can volunteer to work in the concession stand at various Owasso school events. EACH volunteer worker will get $7 per hour worked to put in their designated student’s account. The appropriate Owasso Band Patrons membership is required to receive funds.

    Opportunities to work will be emailed and posted on social media and individuals will sign up via Signup Genius.

  • Raffle ticket sales for awesome prizes, including cash, a Meta Quest 3, fireworks, and many gift certificates to local businesses.

  • Our most popular fall fundraiser! We will be partnering with an awesome new vendor to bring fabulous color to your landscape this fall. 

    Sale Dates : 9/4 - 9/18

  • Our caffeine lover's favorite! We will be partnering again with T3 Coffee Roasters to sell our very own “Contraband” coffee.

  • Purchase gift cards to businesses you frequently shop at and a percentage of the purchase will go into your student account. Family and friends can sign up too!

  • Students will get a percentage of each ad sale in their student band account. For for more, read here.

  • A yearly tradition! Sale will take place in October, with a delivery in early December.

  • Sale will take place in November for delivery before Winter Break.

  • AUG 20 > Owasso Panera Bread

    • 4-8pm

    • Show the flier and the band will get 20% of sales

    SEPT 17 > Owasso Jersey Mike's

    • 3pm-close

    • Mention Owasso Bands and the band will get 20% of sales

    OCT 15 > Owasso Smitty's Garage

    • 5:30-8:30pm

    • Mention Owasso Bands and the band will get 10% of sales

    NOV 19 > Owasso Charlie’s Chicken

    • 4pm-close

    • 10% of all food & drink sales and 100% of cookie sales will go to to support the Owasso Band program!
